• The fare O is non-refundable and non-creditable in case of cancellation.

Économique fare

• The fare Économique is non-refundable and non-creditable in case of cancellation.
• The fare Économique no modifications allowed.
• The fare Économique is available on only one seat of the aircraft.

Aventure fare

• The fare Aventure is non-refundable and non-creditable in case of cancellation.
• The fare Aventure modifications allowed with a fee of $75 + taxes per segment, per passenger, up to 24 hours before the flight.
• The fare Aventure is available on only 2 seats of the aircraft.

Encore fare

• The fare Encore is available if you book more than 2 days before departure, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
• The fare Encore is non-refundable et non-reusable, valid for 1 year after the original ticket issuance date. It is modifiable with a fee of $75 + taxes per segment, per passenger, up to 4 hours before the flight.
• The fare Encore is available on 70% of aircraft seats.

Énergie fare

• The fare Énergie is available at all times.
• The fare Énergie is refundable and modifiable free of charge, including name change, up to 24 hours before departure. Within 24 hours prior to departure, the ticket is refundable for a fee of $75.00. No changes are permitted within 4 HOURS of departure.
• The fare Énergie is available for all seats on the aircraft.
