POLICIES, TERMS, AND PRIVACY

BOARDING:

  • Boarding takes place at the Air Liaison terminal in most airports;
  • In Quebec: 607 6th Avenue, Quebec City Airport;
  • In Montreal St-Hubert: 6505 Rue Eugène-Héroux, Saint-Hubert, QC J3Y 0T7.

CHECK-IN:

  • Passengers must check in 45 minutes before departure;
  • Proof of identity is required for check-in;
  • A child under 2 years old (with proof of birth) who does not occupy a seat will travel free of charge if accompanied by a passenger.

RESTRICTIONS:

  • Rates and schedules are subject to change without notice.
  • THE ENERGY RATE is available if you book less than 48 hours before departure. IT IS REFUNDABLE AND CHANGEABLE FREE OF CHARGE UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE, including name changes. Within 24 hours before departure, the ticket is changeable or refundable with a fee of $75 + taxes, plus any applicable fare difference. IF CANCELED, it is refundable to the credit card.
  • THE ENCORE RATE is available if you book more than 48 hours before departure, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. IT IS CHANGEABLE, including name changes, with a fee of $75 + taxes, plus any applicable fare difference. IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, it is non-refundable but reusable as a travel credit with a fee of $75 + taxes. NO POSSIBILITY OF CHANGING OR CANCELING WITHIN 4 HOURS BEFORE THE FLIGHT.
  • THE BRAVO RATE is available if you book more than 7 days before departure, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. IT IS CHANGEABLE with a fee of $125 + taxes. IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, it is non-refundable and non-creditable. NO POSSIBILITY OF CHANGING OR CANCELING WITHIN 4 HOURS BEFORE THE FLIGHT.
  • THE ADVENTURE RATE is available for up to 45% of seats on all flights, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. IT IS CHANGEABLE with a fee of $125 + taxes, plus any applicable fare difference, up to 4 hours before the flight. NO POSSIBILITY OF CANCELLATION.
  • THE ECONO RATE is available for the first booking on all flights, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. NO POSSIBILITY OF CHANGING OR CANCELING.
  • When a passenger does not show up for boarding without prior notice, their ticket is canceled on all reserved flight segments for the outbound and return. The ticket is non-refundable and non-reusable.

BAGGAGE:

  • A maximum of 45 pounds of baggage is allowed per passenger. Any excess baggage will be chargeable at a cost of $2.86 + taxes per pound pound and may be loaded subject to availability on the aircraft.
  • Any individual bag weighing over 60 pounds may be denied boarding at the discretion of the on-site counter agent. We ask our passengers to distribute the weight of their luggage to avoid the risk of injury to our employees.
  • No hazardous materials are allowed on our aircraft;
  • No animals are allowed on our aircraft;
  • Please contact us for service dogs, as well as unconventional items such as bicycles, skis, and others.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY REGARDING BAGGAGE:

  • Any breakage or loss of baggage must be reported within 6 hours from the time when the baggage should have been (or was) delivered.
  • The carrier's liability is limited to the actual value of the loss suffered (not exceeding $100 per passenger), whether such damage or loss was caused directly or indirectly by the act, negligence, or omission of the carrier.
  • The transportation of items with a value exceeding $100 must be declared at check-in

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY REGARDING DELAYS AND CHANGES DUE TO WEATHER

  • Air Liaison always adheres to the '100% Safety' policy. Therefore, there may be instances where we choose not to operate a flight due to weather-related risks. Aware that you are expected at your destination, we will make every effort to secure your departure on another flight. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or additional expenses incurred due to a weather-related flight modification or cancellation.
  • When we protect your departure on a subsequent flight due to weather conditions, but you choose not to avail of it, your unused ticket cannot be refunded. However, it will be possible to obtain credit for another flight of your choice under the same terms and conditions.

FIREARM TRANSPORT

  • At all times, the carrier must be notified of the presence of a firearm on board.
  • Weapons must not be loaded and must be stored individually in a suitable carrying case;
  • Ammunition must be carried separately from the weapon case and not exceed 5 kg;

Air Liaison Privacy Protection Policy: Responsible Use of Personal Information

Air Liaison understands the importance individuals place on their privacy. The proliferation of electronic platforms necessitates the implementation of new privacy protection measures. We wholeheartedly support the law enacted by Canada: the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, which aims to ensure privacy protection. Air Liaison is continually exploring new means to ensure the protection and responsible, respectful use of the personal information we possess.

To this end, we have a Privacy Officer whose role is to ensure that the personal information entrusted to us is well-protected and not misused. In doing so, we can provide our customers with the level of service they deserve.

REASONS AND OCCASIONS FOR THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

To purchase an airline ticket or make a reservation, you can call or visit our website. Regardless of the option you choose, you will need to provide essential information for ticket issuance or reservation. This information will allow us to identify you, process the transaction, and, if necessary, communicate with you.

WE MAY ASK YOU:

  • Your name;
  • Your address;
  • Your phone number;
  • Your credit card number and its expiration date.
    In order to calculate the total weight of the aircraft and address you appropriately, we also need to know whether you are male or female.

UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN

Children under 12 years old: Unaccompanied minor service is not provided for passengers under the age of 12. It is mandatory for them to travel with responsible adults.

Children aged between 12 and 17 (inclusive): Unaccompanied minor service is mandatory for all children traveling alone aged between 12 and 17 (inclusive)
